Delivery Policy

National Next Day Delivery

Clean and Green (GB) Limited use a prestigious national courier service which guarantees your delivery and allows Clean and Green (GB) Limited to track your consignment online.

For orders placed and processed before 12pm (Midday). We guarantee next day delivery to UK mainland business addresses.

Normal Next day service excludes Weekends. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are dispatched Monday.
Delivery free on orders over £70.00 ex. VAT (Mainland UK only)

Excludes special delivery requirements, non-stocked products and equipment.

Orders below £70 are subject to a minimum order / delivery charge of £9.00.

Please Note ~ Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may take up to two days.

Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland

Please note that our delivery rates for Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands can vary due to circumstances beyond our control and we therefore reserve the right to calculate the delivery charge at the time of our clients placing their order with us.

Delivery free on orders over £200.00 ex. VAT (Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands only)

Orders below £200 are subject to a minimum order / delivery charge of £30.00

Non-stocked items

All specially obtained non-catalogue products are subject to the relevant manufacturers' carriage at cost; delivery lead times will be advised at point of order.

We implement a strict non-returnable policy for specially obtained non-catalogue products.

Commercial Equipment

Standard deliveries exclude unpacking, assembling and positioning. Please ensure prior to ordering access issues are addressed. NOTE ~ Customers will be liable for costs incurred for failed deliveries in these instances.

Installation is not included in the purchase price. It is recommended a certified installer be contacted where necessary as failure to do so may void any guarantees. As required by law, a Corgi registered engineer must install gas appliances. A copy of the certificate must be made available to Clean and Green (GB) Limited upon request. We recommend that all electrical and goods connected to the mains water supply are installed by a suitably qualified engineer.

Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods

Upon delivery obvious signs of damage must be detailed on the receipt note or driver's paperwork. Clean and Green (GB) Limited must be informed within 24 hours in the unlikely event of damaged, faulty or short deliveries.

Customers have the right to refuse delivery of damaged or faulty items but we would request you inform our Customer Services on 0345 257 9121 to arrange either collection or remedial action to be instigated. Goods must be returned in original packaging complete with any relevant instruction manuals. Any lost or damaged manuals and packaging is payable by the customer.

Return of goods

Goods supplied in accordance with the contract cannot be returned without the Company's authorisation. This must be within 10 days of purchase (This does not include specially obtained non catalogue products). Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in an as new condition complete with the original manufactures packaging to Clean and Green (GB) Limited at the Buyer's expense and a 25% cancellation/handling charge will always be made.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for the use and application intended. Although Clean and Green (GB) Limited make every effort to ensure the accuracy of specifications, descriptions and images, customers are advised to check the exact specifications prior to ordering where variations may affect intended performance.

Return of special orders
Special order items may not be returned unless damaged or faulty. Special items are those not sold via the Clean and Green (GB) Limited website or catalogue and are non-stocked lines.

Items under warranty

Please refer to details supplied on delivery for information on items covered under a manufacturers warranty. Contact Customer Services on 0345 257 9121 for a collection or on-site inspection to be arranged.

Items not covered by a Commercial warranty cannot be claimed for if used in a commercial environment.

Manufacturers covering the items warranty dictate the service arrangements. Clean and Green (GB) Limited will aim to ensure the procedure is handled quickly but customers must be aware that service may be delayed due to weekends, bank or public holidays and evenings.
